Time to get Started!

I'm ready to get started again on my historical romance novel. The ideas and characters float through my head constantly.

And I have a new critique partner. Someone from our Friday night chats e-mailed me recently and asked if I'd be interested. We write the same genre and have a lot in common. This will be a new venture for me and I am very excited. Not many people have read my writings and I look forward to some good constructive criticism and ideas.

Sometimes I feel so shy about showing my writing to anyone else. Starting several blogs has helped me in this area. And having a critique partner will be awesome!

I read a great quote recently. A writer was asked for one good piece of advice for aspiring writers. Her answer? "Don't be afraid to write badly." So true!
